But something has changed. In recent years, I have witnessed a worrying development, a gradual dismantling of the welfare society we were once so proud of. The policies of the Tidö parties have created headlines that make me shudder. Children's prisons? Banning begging? It's as if we are creating a future where the most vulnerable are punished, where empathy is replaced by harsh measures.
